Han Sen tested it many times, and he was able to confirm his theory. The Thorn Scorpion glyph was able to add poison to his power.
This poison had a very strong corrosive effect. However, this corrosive effect required contact with blood. It could contaminate the opponent's blood and make it corrosive, which in turn would corrode the opponent's body.
It was a very insidious poison. With this poison, as long as the enemy was injured, the poison would spread throughout the enemy's body through the blood. If the enemy's resistance to the poison was not strong enough, they would basically be a dead man.
Han Sen really liked this glyph beast soul, but it didn't seem to have anything to do with the powers of the Invisible King Scorpion. Han Sen didn't know what would happen if the two beast souls combined, and he didn't know if it would be a good thing. So, he couldn't decide.
After thinking about it for a while, Han Sen decided to put it aside and see if he could find another scorpion beast soul. If there was no other choice, he'd use the gem beast soul to evolve the Thorn Scorpion beast soul.
Back in the shelter, Han Sen asked Moment Queen to take control of the underground shelter and venture deeper into Thorn Forest.
When there was nothing to do in the shelter, Han Sen would teach Bao'er and Zero how to play the xun. But Bao'er did not like music and instruments, so she threw the xun away. Fortunately, Han Sen was fast enough to prevent the xun from falling to the ground.
Bao'er's greatest joy was to protect the small animals. The little white bear, the Red-eyed Rabbit King, the little red bird, and even the blue dinosaur were all killed by her. She chased them around every day.
"I hope my children won't be so noisy," Han Sen thought to himself.
Queen practiced hard, and even if she did not have the opportunity to hunt, she would still practice her hyper geno arts in the shelter. She worked so hard that Han Sen began to suspect she was an AI robot.
There was an important reason for Han Sen's suspicion.
Queen's figure was so good that there was nothing to say. When she moved, her pair of plump breasts would sway, perfectly demonstrating what it meant to be big, perky, and able to sway. It completely violated the laws of physics, and she was very much like a perfect intelligent robot designed according to the ideal.
Moreover, Queen was able to maintain the same expression for almost 24 hours a day. Even when she was sleeping, her expression was exactly the same. No matter how one looked at it, she looked like a robot.
Zero was much gentler. She cooked and cleaned, and she massaged Han Sen's shoulders. It was a shame she did not talk much, though. Sometimes, she made Han Sen feel like he was talking to himself.
Moment Queen treated Han Sen like an enemy. When she spoke to Han Sen, she was cold. Sometimes, she didn't talk to Han Sen at all.
"My Yan Ran is so normal." Han Sen couldn't help but think of how good she was.
The underground shelter traveled for another five days, until they reached the location where Moment Queen had seen the super creature.
Han Sen followed Moment Queen out of the shelter, but he did not see the super creature. He only saw a few empty ant nests.
There were many mounds in the thorny forest, but they weren't real mounds. They were the nests of ants.
Han Sen walked around and saw a dozen of those ant nests. But they had all been dug up, and no ants were crawling out of them.
"It looks like the super creature has eaten all the ants here. Let's go somewhere further and take a look." Han Sen led Moment Queen forward.
There were no paths, and they chose to walk through the thorny bushes. Although they could see ant nests, there was not a single ant to be seen. This surprised Han Sen.
"This guy sure eats a lot. It must have eaten all the ant nests in this area," Han Sen said, as he looked at an ant nest with a hole in it.
"I don't think it's just an ant nest," Moment Queen said, looking in another direction.
Han Sen turned around and saw a three-story tall, oval-shaped beehive hanging in the middle of the thorny vines.
The beehive was torn in many places, and it looked like it had been badly damaged. There were no bee creatures there, either.
Han Sen walked over to take a look at the damage, and it looked like it had been done in the same way as the ant nests. It could have been done by the same creature.
Inside the beehive, Han Sen smelled something sweet. He took a closer look and saw some sort of sweet liquid. It was honey.
But there was only a little bit of honey left on the walls of the nest. Most of it had been eaten by something, and it must have been the super creature that had killed it.
Han Sen walked around and found a few more similar beehives. They were all empty, and there was not a single bee creature to be seen.
"This guy eats a lot. It has eaten all the ants and bees within a few dozen miles." Han Sen frowned as he saw another empty beehive.
"Maybe it's about to give birth," Moment Queen suddenly said, with a strange look in her eyes.
Han Sen nodded, and he thought the same thing. If a super creature ate a lot, it might be about to give birth. Han Sen had seen this happen many times before.
"Let's stop here for today. If we continue, we'll have to cover too much ground. Let's go back and plan. We can come back tomorrow."
Han Sen turned around and walked back. After all, they were in Thorn Forest, and there were many strange things that could happen. He didn't want to stray too far from the underground shelter, in case something happened.
He walked back for a while, and then he saw something crawling through the thorny forest ahead of him.
It was a small creature that looked like a pangolin. It was dark green, and it was only two feet long. It was waving its tail as it came out of the bushes.
Looking at its furtive behavior, it seemed to be looking for something.
When Han Sen saw the little beast, he was delighted. Although it was small, the lifeforce it exuded was frightening. There was a 90% chance it was a super creature.
"Is this the super creature you were talking about?" Han Sen asked Moment Queen.
Moment Queen nodded and then shook her head, saying, "It looks like it, but this one is much smaller."
Han Sen wished to say something more, but he saw the little creature burrow into a hole and disappear.
Han Sen regretted not attacking it. If it hadn't come back out, it wouldn't have been possible to hunt it down.
Just as Han Sen was thinking about this, the little creature came out of the hole again. It was holding something in its mouth.
