Chapter 1163

The wild boar kept eating, and it kept shrinking. It was so small that Han Sen almost couldn't see it anymore. It was only the size of an ant.

Han Sen looked at the mini boar strangely, unsure of why it was doing this.

Those walnuts would hurt and shrink after eating them. Instead of being such a majestic big wild boar, they had now turned into something like an ant. No matter how one looked at it, it was a regression.

The wild boar's body was small, but its strength and speed hadn't decreased. It was still very fast.

Han Sen used his dongxuan aura to lock onto the wild boar. He wanted to see what it was doing.

The wild boar ran into the walnut forest, and Han Sen followed it. It was just a primitive creature, and now that it had shrunk, its speed had been affected. Han Sen was able to keep up with it easily.

The wild boar ran into the woods, and after a dozen miles, Han Sen saw a strange walnut tree in front of him.

The reason why it was strange wasn't because of how big the walnut tree was. It was about the same size as a normal walnut tree, and there was no obvious difference between them.

But this walnut tree was black with a hint of red. It was different from the green walnut trees around it.

Regardless of whether it was the leaves or the fruits, they were all black with a hint of red. They had a high-density metallic texture.

The weirdest thing was that Han Sen couldn't feel any lifeforce coming from the tree.

If it was a Tree King, it would have a stronger life force than a normal Walnut Tree. But this Walnut Tree had no life force at all. It was like a dead tree.

However, looking at its luxuriant foliage and the fruits hanging from its branches, there was no sign of it rotting or withering. No matter how he looked at it, it didn't look like a dead tree.

As Han Sen thought this was strange, the mini boar climbed up the tree and went into a small hole in the tree.

The hole was smaller than a pinky finger, and the ant-like boar could barely fit through it.

Han Sen suddenly realized that the boar had endured the pain of eating the walnuts to become smaller so that it could get into the tree hole.

But at the same time, Han Sen was even more confused. He didn't know why the wild boar had gone through so much pain, and why would it want to go into such a small hole?

Han Sen used his dongxuan aura to scan the tree, but he couldn't see anything strange. The hole was too small, and his dongxuan aura couldn't scan it.

Suddenly, Han Sen's eyes opened wide. He saw a small creature in the hole, but it wasn't a boar. It was a creature that looked like a snake. It was small, and like the boar, it went into the hole.

"Is there something wrong with this tree?"

Han Sen looked at the tree again, and he wanted to cut it open to see what was inside.

But Han Sen resisted the urge to do so, and so he decided to observe for a while.

After an hour, Han Sen saw a few different creatures enter the tree. They were all small, and Han Sen guessed they had all eaten the walnuts.

Otherwise, it would be too much of a coincidence. It would be hard to explain why there were so many mini creatures there, including one that looked like a Titan.

"Weird. This is weird. Is there some kind of treasure in this tree?

Why are so many creatures running into it? "Han Sen watched for a while longer, and then a mini creature came out.

It was a creature that looked like a monkey. It had three tails, and it looked very strange.

Not long after the three-tailed monkey came out of the tree, its body expanded like a balloon. Before Han Sen's eyes, it became a three-meter-tall, three-tailed black ape.

The Three-tailed Giant Ape didn't stay there. It ran into the woods like a wisp of smoke and quickly disappeared.

Han Sen felt strange, and he thought to himself, "Is the power of the walnuts only temporary?"

He was very curious about the walnut tree and the creatures around it, so he decided to stay and observe for a few days. He wanted to see what the creatures were up to.

After a few days, Han Sen noticed many creatures coming in and out of the tree. On the third day, Han Sen saw the boar he had seen before come out.

Like the other creatures, the boar returned to its original size after it came out of the hole.

Han Sen stared at it for a long time, confirming that it was indeed the boar he had seen before. But now, it looked different from when it had entered the tree hole three days ago.

The wild boar had a pair of big fangs. Han Sen remembered the fangs were white and yellowish before, but now they were golden. Even the lifeforce of the boar seemed to have increased.

But Han Sen still remembered the presence of the boar, so he was sure it was it. He wondered what had happened to it during the three days it had been there.

Han Sen was very curious, so he observed the place for a while longer. He noticed that many of the creatures he had seen before had come out three days later. After they came out, their bodies had changed, and their lifeforces had become stronger.

But there were also many creatures that did not come out, either. Han Sen did not know if they were still there, or if something had happened to them.

After a few days, he drew his Phoenix Sword and opened his ninth gene lock. Then, he slashed the walnut tree, which was black and red.

Han Sen believed there had to be some treasure inside, otherwise the creatures wouldn't have changed so much.

But when the sword slashed down, the sharp Divine Light of the Phoenix only left a barely visible white mark on the tree. It couldn't even cut through the bark of the tree.

Han Sen was shocked, and he thought to himself, "This thing is special."

Unable to cut open the walnut tree, Han Sen turned his attention to the walnuts. He wanted to pluck a few of them.

But the fruits and leaves on the tree were as tough as the leaves. He couldn't cut a single one off.

Han Sen was happy to see this, though. The more mysterious the tree was, the more likely it was that there was treasure inside.

Han Sen wasn't going to give up so easily, though. He couldn't cut down the tree, so he turned his attention to the walnuts.

If the creatures were able to shrink themselves and enter the tree, Han Sen should be able to do the same.

"I can turn them back, anyway. I might as well give it a try."

Han Sen was afraid he had guessed wrong, so he did not try it himself. Instead, he used a creature he had captured in the shelter as a test subject. He let it eat some walnuts.
