The monsters ran toward the river of light, and when they got close, Han Sen noticed that the snake-like things weren't actually snakes.
They looked more like roots that had drilled out of the sand, but they were indeed twisting, so from afar, they looked like snakes.
The monster charged straight into the snake-like roots. The moment the monster stepped on them, the roots seemed to be frightened and burrowed back into the ground.
The monster rushed along the roots, and wherever it passed, the roots all burrowed back into the ground.
These roots meandered through the desert like a river of stars, and they were also like a path with light, guiding the direction of the monsters.
When the sky turned bright, the roots disappeared. But Han Sen saw a weird mountain in front of them.
The reason why the mountain was strange was because it looked like a huge egg standing in the desert. Other than the mountain, the surrounding area was still barren desert.

When the monsters saw the egg-shaped mountain, they ran even faster. The small monster stood on the back of a big monster and screamed at the direction of the egg-shaped mountain.
Han Sen and the others were getting closer and closer to the egg-shaped mountain. When they saw it, they were shocked.
The mountain-like object was indeed not an ordinary stone. Although it looked dark, it seemed to be formed by intertwining silk-like objects. It was like an unimaginably huge cocoon.
The silk was as thick as an arm, and it glowed like jade.
The monsters ran in front of the cocoon and stopped. The monsters that carried Han Sen and the others lowered their bodies. They wanted Han Sen and the others to come down.
"What is this thing?" the bird-faced man asked, looking at the cocoon.
Vic, Rocks Fall Duke, and Yisha didn't speak. They just looked at the cocoon, thinking.

"Should we run away now?" the bird-beaked man asked, looking at the monsters that would never raise their heads.

The bird-faced man wished to say something, but the sand beneath his feet started to shake. It was like an earthquake.
Han Sen felt it, too. It wasn't just the sand that was shaking. Even the mountain-like cocoon was shaking. Where the cocoon touched the ground, the sand was sinking. It was like there was a hole in the ground, and the sand was like water. It was like a quicksand whirlpool was forming.

Rocks Fall Duke's face was filled with excitement, and Vic's eyes lit up.
"These guys must know what that thing is," Han Sen thought to himself. He wondered how he could get information from them.
While Han Sen was deep in thought, the giant cocoon that was like a mountain left the sand and floated in the air. It was a sight to behold.
It was like the Himalayas had suddenly flown up into the sky. In front of it, humans were smaller than ants. It made people worry that if it fell, they'd be crushed into meat paste.
The giant cocoon continued to rise until it was about five to six meters above the ground before stopping. It was very unscientific and did not move in the air, as if it was frozen in space.
Han Sen couldn't imagine what kind of power could make something like that stay in the air.
The little monster returned to the front of the group of monsters and roared. The monsters stood up and followed Han Sen to the bottom of the cocoon.
Han Sen saw that Yisha and the others weren't panicking, so he wasn't in a rush to escape. He wanted to see why the monsters had brought them there.
The monsters followed them all the way to the center of the bottom of the cocoon. Han Sen saw that there was a hole at the bottom of the cocoon. It was two meters wide, and to the cocoon, it was like the eye of a needle.
Han Sen looked into the hole, and he could see rings of silk. They were as thick as an arm, and they didn't look any different from the outside of the cocoon.
The little monster used its claws to point into the hole and roared at Rocks Fall Duke. It seemed as if it wanted them to climb into the cocoon.

The bird-beaked man's face kept changing. He didn't know what to do, so he looked at Rocks Fall Duke and Vic.
"Do we have any other choice?" Rocks Fall Duke said as he walked into the hole.
